Front Office Lab

The Front Office is identical to a typical Front Office in a hotel. It is used to train student on how to welcome guest, ascertain their requirement, register them ,help them check in and checkout, handling of billing –related issues. The emphasis is not just on procedure but also on personalizing interaction with guests. Therefore this is a place where communication skills, rapport-building and situation-handling skills are developed. The lab has a reception, a lobby and a lounge.
